Delivery and Transportation Options
We understand that picking up a puppy in person can sometimes be difficult, but don’t worry! We offer a variety of convenient transport options to help get your Miniature Schnauzer puppy to you safely and smoothly. Here’s how we can assist you:
1. Reservation and Transport Process
- Nonrefundable Reservation Hold: You must have a nonrefundable reservation hold on a puppy to proceed with transport.
- Local Delivery: If you’re located within our delivery area, my boys can personally deliver your puppy when it reaches 10 weeks of age. We cover certain locations, and delivery fees must be paid in full before the puppy is delivered. Please check the Transport link on our website for fee details.
- Note: No health certificate is required if the puppy is being delivered within our local transport area.
2. Nationwide and International Transport Options
- If you're outside of our local delivery area, we recommend the following professional pet transport services:
- All Aboard Pet Transport LLC – Contact Tina at (601) 479-1215. Tina offers ground transport and flight nanny services. A health certificate (fee applies) will be required for transport.
- Door2Door Transport – Contact Megan at (256) 652-2756 for details. A health certificate is required for all transport through this service.
- For Canadian Deliveries: If the puppy is being flown to Canada with a flight nanny, you will need to arrange a flight animal broker on your end. The broker will coordinate with Tina and the flight nanny, and Tina will then arrange the puppy’s delivery with us.
3. Contracts and Guarantees
- All contracts and guarantees will be emailed to you one week before your puppy is ready to go home. This allows you time to review the documents and contact us with any questions. We want to ensure that everything is clear and meets your expectations before the puppy is delivered.
4. Selection Process for Transported Puppies
- Puppy selection will follow the order in which nonrefundable reservation holds are received.
- For remote selection, we’ll arrange a video call to go over the available puppies. We’ll discuss each puppy’s characteristics and temperament to help you choose the one that best fits your family.
- All fees (including puppy cost, transport, and any necessary health certificates) must be paid in full 10 days before the puppy is sent to you.
Additional Information for Good Dog Platform Users
- Important Notice: If you found us through the Good Dog platform and submitted your application through them, all subsequent payments and transactions must go through the Good Dog platform. Please note that the price of our puppies on Good Dog is higher due to the significant percentage that Good Dog charges breeders.
We want to be transparent: we prefer to keep our pricing at its original level, but to offset the fees that Good Dog imposes on us, we are forced to charge more for puppies purchased through that platform. We highly encourage you to consider this carefully when using Good Dog, as they charge both the breeders and the buyers.
